Setting Intentions for the Week
In our 6:30 AM Mindful Meditation class this past Monday, we set intentions for ourselves for the week.
My intention included better balance, which meant I was faced with a little boredom tonight.
Sometimes I think we shy away from what we need because there’s often that middle of the sandwich feeling that doesn’t feel so good.
But to get to that goal of weight loss we have to hurt and feel hunger. Or to practice opening up more with loved ones, we become face-to-face with vulnerability.
What might keep you from tapping into your higher self or getting you to where you know you need to go?
Might you set an intention for the remainder of this week or weekend? Intentional living expanded through the week.
