Meditating with Gratitude
I LOVE using imagery and the imagination during meditation.
Today during our Soulful Meditation Class, we practiced using imagery to send gratitude and love to others.
Who might you practice this for? Could be someone you love and cherish, maybe somebody you are worried about, or even someone you struggle to even like or respect.
The practice of gratitude. It changes things.
What imagery might resonate with you? For me, I choose birds.
What a joy to watch the birds fly away with my message of love and comfort. To imagine them circling around them, infusing them with lighter, loving energy.
