How is Your Self Care (& self love, P.S.)?

Does your self care change with the seasons? How about your food choices? Making mindful decisions about what feels good and when is important. ​

The three winter months for me are hibernation months. I eat a lot of soups, heavier foods and carbs, stay indoors and STRUGGLE to pick exercise that feels just right. Every winter I gain a couple pounds. 

But summer. Summer is my first love. Full of all the right fruits and all the right outdoor activities. Between spring and summer I usually drop the hibernation weight. 

Allowing yourself to feel into what you NEED is vital to life fulfillment. And it’s is ok that your needs shift. They are supposed to. 

When you intuitively know what you need, you can trust the process and yourself to make good choices. 

Take a moment to feel in. What is working? What needs tweaking?

How do your choices effect your relationships? Your weight and health? Your career? Mindfulness effects all areas of life and is the KEY to life fulfillment.
