Does your self care change with the seasons? How about your food choices? Making mindful decisions about what feels good and when is important. The three winter months for me are hibernation months. I eat a lot of soups, heavier foods and carbs, stay indoors and STRUGGLE to pick exercise that feels just right. Every winter I gain a couple pounds.
