Deepen Experience: Prepare to do 2 or more experiential hands on activities during this live event
The connection between spirituality and depression can be seen in many research studies. Many clients wish to talk about spiritual matters in therapy, yet many do not. In this workshop, we will discuss traits of a "Highly Sensitive Person" (HSP) both in childhood and adulthood and explore ways to support the health and wellness of our HSP loved ones, clients and selves.
We will explore the spectrum of sensitivities as well as spiritual topics from sensory processing all the way through synesthesia even mediumship. This workshop is HEAVY in research and not opinion based. Come explore what fMRI, EEG, DTI, and longitudinal studies have to say about spirituality AND sensitivity.

✅ Discuss the literature and research on the connection between spirituality and depression
