What is Your Refund Policy for Purchased Play Therapy Trainings?
Sales are final, however, sometimes a virtual or in person class can be swapped for a home study. Other times 50% of the purchased price can be used towards another class. View our refund policy here.
Will I Receive CE Credit for My Play Therapy Classes?
The Willow's Crown Meditation Studio and Training Facility, llc is APT Approved Provider 19-587 and NBCC Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7308 . CEs may be used towards RPT™ and RPT-S™ initial credentialing as well as renewals. Many states allow NBCC CE to count towards state licensure. Check with your state to be certain. REVIEW EACH TRAINING DESCRIPTION TO SEE IF IT OFFERS CES THROUGH NBCC, APT OR BOTH,
NBCC and APT require FULL attendance in order to receive CE credit. No partial credit can be granted. APT requires that all cameras are on during the entire training. Attendance is taken throughout each training.
APT Non Contact CEs: An exam with a passing score of 80% is required for all (Virtual) Live Webinars. Participants may re-take the exam if needed until a passing score of 80% is achieved. All personal info related to our students including email addresses, exam scores, etc remains confidential within the Willow's Crown.

How Do I Log In to See The Classes, etc I purchased?
Need to access your account to check on your classes? Use this login: You will be brought to Momence, our software program, where all your purchased classes reside.
Is There any Way to Save Money on Live Webinars?
Buy one training during the Fall 2024 - Summer 2025 training year and EVERY subsequent training
